Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of ISH Chat, including the chat application, API platform, memory, plugins, public sharing, and related services. By using ISH, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for your account, API keys, connector credentials, and all activity under them. Keep credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The service
ISH provides access to AI chat, model inference, web search, files, memory, canvases, API endpoints, and optional third-party tools. Features and models may be added, changed, rate-limited, or removed as providers and operating requirements change.
3. Balance, usage, and billing
- Web chat may include a small daily balance. It resets on the schedule shown in the product and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Purchased balance is deducted according to the model pricing and measured usage displayed by ISH. API and connector use may require a purchased balance.
- Usage estimates shown during a response may change after final usage is reconciled. Failed or interrupted requests may still incur a charge for processing already completed.
- Prices may change, but the current price will be shown before or alongside use. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay or Infini, depending on the method you select. The processor's checkout terms, network confirmation requirements, and payment-method rules also apply.
Except where the law requires otherwise, completed balance purchases and consumed usage are final. Contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ISH to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- create, distribute, or facilitate malware or harmful activity;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- evade safeguards, rate limits, billing, or usage restrictions;
- interfere with or overload the service;
- misrepresent AI output as verified fact where doing so could harm someone;
- automate access outside the published API or other interfaces we explicitly make available for automation.
5. Your content
You retain any rights you have in prompts, files, memories, and other content you submit. You give ISH a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights to submit your content.
6. AI output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Verify important information and use qualified professional advice for legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions. You are responsible for how you use and share output.
7. Public shares, plugins, and third parties
A chat made public can be viewed by anyone with its link until you make it private. Plugins and MCP servers can receive prompts, files, or other data when invoked. Only connect services you trust. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and ISH is not responsible for their content or conduct.
8. ISH intellectual property
ISH, its interface, branding, and service software are owned by ISH Chat Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology beyond the limited right to use the service.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ISH at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, unpaid usage, provider requirement, or harm to ISH or others. Where practical, we will provide notice.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these Terms.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the product. These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
